Looks nice and performs well. Bottom drawer is hard to open. Controls difficult to see. Top surface hard to clean We waited for the Black Friday sale at home depot to save $500 on 3 of your appliances. When we went back for the sale, you raised the price $500. Then you lowered the price back down after the Black Friday sale. This is a very deceitful move.

Had Features We Were Looking For...

We liked the large storage drawer underneath, but it's still not as large as the one on our 30-year-old Frigidaire that we loved but died. It's real hard to read the dial position for controlling the burners, so I modified them with black and silver tape to make them more easily readable (see photo). A light on the control panel would have been nice, like our old range. Other than that, we liked the surface elements (which heat up faster than our old range), but the oven seems to heat up slower and loses a lot of heat if the door is opened during cooking, so we keep it shut and use the oven light to check the food. Other than that, we love it.

Works great, but has a fragile glass control panel

I've had this oven for about three years. I have no complaints with its functionality - the convect roast function is especially useful. My major complaint is the glass around all of the knobs spontaneously cracked and appears to be delaminating from itself. If it was just one crack, i'd chalk it up to "accidents happen", but there's obviously some stress where there shouldn't be.

Solid, no-nonsense range. Like the rear controls, simple to use and safe from the kiddies. Like the large window in the door and recessed bottom pan with hidden heating elements. Only negative . . when first used the oven produced a lot of smoke. I assumed it was because it was first-time use and burned-off factory cleaning/prep material, There should be an alert prominently displayed. Otherwise it is perfect!

This range came to me in damaged condition. It™€™s been over a month and had not yet been replaced. It has scratches and a dent on the outside, the inside has enamel chipped off in multiple spots and the door is lopsided. The store I got is from says she is working with the whirlpool rep to find a replacement but there is no time line given. I™€™ve purchased 4 kitchenaid products at the same time and 2 of the four were damaged upon receiving. How much do you have to spend to get quality products?

We have had the range for about a month. It works well. The top is difficult to both clean and keep clean. You need to almost use the smooth top cleaner on a daily basis to keep it clean. Soap and water just doesn™€™t cut it. The timer could use some work, as one little beep is really easy to miss. Customer service is lacking. The oven was missing the lower rack and I reached out through the KitchenAid service portal and never received a response. But kind of par for the course with KitchenAid it seems.

Like the oven but we need manual s for the oven and microwave to operate. Our refrigerator can be exchanged for a new model cause it look like it fell off the truck. It leaks after refilling a glass of water, none of the doors are aligned. And the drawers pull out uneven expeditiously the freezer door. Want the refrigerator replaced, had it serviced twice. Enough is Enough, very poor product™€¦..

I had the LG Range delivered and installed. The delivery team left some blue protection film on the control section of the range which I removed. We also noticed some type of scratch on the top of the range and thought that perhaps the top had a clear plastic film that also needed to be removed. Long story. I called everyone and went into the store but no one could confirm whether or not there was a film that needed to be removed. They said yes remove it if there is one. We tried to remove what we thought was a film and put a few scratches on the top near the top left where the top is somewhat soft compared to the cooking area. I later reached someone with the installation company that took the time to research this and told me no there wasn't a film on it after all. Yikes! I have been scraping and trying to remove something that wasn't there. I'm really surprised the manual didn't tell me anything and all the people I called at the store and LG couldn't help me. Very frustrating. I would have also liked to have this range connected to WiFi and don't know why LG doesn't offer this like other companies do. Overall (besides what I just mentioned) the range is excellent and does a great job cooking. My wife really loves this LG range (if she's happy then I'm happy).

The store we purchased from, handed us a sheet of paper listing authorized repair providers without help or concern that a brand new appliance was not completely functional. I have not had this range for very long yet but it has performed well so far and has nice features. I like the looks and finish also. The only thing I have found so far that I do not like about this appliance is the bottom drawer. It is really shallow and is pretty thin metal, is cheaply made compared to the rest of the oven. Feels out of place to me on this range since it's use is super limited. Like storing some oven mitts and a couple flat baking sheets... that is about it.

Very disappointed

I bought this last month and do not like it. I burn and under cook things I never have because it is hard to figure out what is the right burner to use and the lowest it can go seems to still be too high sometimes. The oven has a convection feature and still am trying to figure out what temperature is right as cannot even be able to get frozen pizza right.

Was There an Issue at the Factory

I purchased this range a week ago. When I unboxed the range I was surprised to find that written on top of the plastic film protecting the cooktop in grease pen were the words ™€œ wrong switch™€ ™€œ fix™€ Now I am unsure about the reliability of this range. Was the switch replaced and why was the wrong switch installed? It seems to me that if quality is part of the manufacturing process , if there was an issue and the part was replaced, before the range left the facility, someone would have removed the grease pen ensuring that the range had been fixed and an employee had inspected the unit from top to bottom. When a person receives an appliance they do not want to know that there was an issue with the appliance before it left the factory. I believe a consumer wants to think that the appliance has been thoroughly inspected and is going to work and last. Very disappointing.

I purchased this appliance about 6 years ago and I felt as if I was conned by the salesman when he stated that the oven is very easy to clean. It has a "steam" way of cleaning. It does not work. I am scrubbing the bottom of the oven all the time. It is not "self-cleaning." What a disappointment. Also the oven gets the top of the stove very hot when it is on.

Loving my new stove!

My old stove was a basic 4-burner electric coil stove. I complained about it for years because burners were never level even if the stove was level and heat was so inconsistent. I've had a learning curve getting used to the cooktop but I love it. And then there's the oven! I absolutely love this convection oven. I've had nothing but great results each time I've used it! And, the added plus is how this oven does not heat-up my kitchen when I use it which is very important in SWFL. Last night I cooked pizza using the preset pizza convection setting and the pizza was cooked perfectly. My husband was so happy his pizza crust was kinda chewy the way he likes it and I was happy the crust was cooked perfectly all the way through. Can't say enough about how much I love this appliance!

I have had this range/oven for about four months and it is an excellent product. The burners hold their heat evenly and works with all types of range ware. Unfortunately, aluminum bottomed range ware does transfer to the glass cooktop which takes a bit of effort to remove. Also, the burners take a bit of time to come up to temperature as does the oven, so need to take this into account for overall cooking time.
