Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

New stove finally 7/30/2026

Oven is not baking evenly from back to front. Burners do not seem to have true simmer, more of a boil. Reaching back burners is awkward and I usually bump the control panel. It is very pretty just not impressed with performance yet.

Too hot! Burns food!!

Greenville Kitchenaid 6/4/2026

This is a nice-looking oven, but that is where the positives end. The glass-top stove runs dangerously hot, and it has consistently burned food even when set to the lowest ™€œsimmer™€ setting. I have spent countless hours on the phone with KitchenAid trying to explain that this unit is clearly overheating. Instead of real help, I™€™ve been told it™€™s ™€œnormal operation™€ or that I don™€™t know how to properly set the controls. That response is incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. A repair technician is now coming out for the fourth time to inspect the same issue, which should already tell you everything. This has turned into an ongoing cycle of service calls, delays, and no real solution. Based on other reviews, this is not an isolated issue. It appears to be a widespread problem with this model. Food burns even on simmer. I measured the pan temperature myself, and it was far beyond the recommended 200™€“300°F range for low heat, reaching approximately 380™€“390°F on LOW. That is not ™€œslightly off™€™€"that is wildly inaccurate and unsafe for normal cooking. This is especially concerning for foods that require long, low cooking times like soups and stews. At these temperatures, you cannot safely rely on this stove to maintain a proper simmer. It simply fails at its most basic job. KitchenAid™€™s warranty is repair-only, which means they keep sending technicians and replacing parts instead of replacing a clearly defective unit. After nine months, I™€™ve already had three service visits, with long waits between appointments for scheduling, parts, and follow-up. At this point, I feel stuck with an appliance I cannot trust. It is frustrating, exhausting, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing this model.

I love the look of this oven. It's sleek and has great lines. However it takes forever to heat up. Always looks dirty because of the rubberized outer liner. Crumbs dictate to the crevases and I am always wiping it. The dots on the cook top appear like crumbs you didn't clean.

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY

Bill1034 1/9/2026

I purchased a KitchenAid slide-in oven in mid-October, and it completely failed in less than six weeks. It broke on Thanksgiving Day, which ruined our entire holiday meal. We had never even been able to cook a holiday dinner in it before it stopped working. DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID. After calling customer service, a repair appointment was scheduled™€"but the service technician never showed up, and since then KitchenAid has completely ghosted us. No follow-up. No repair. The oven is still broken weeks later. This level of neglect is unbelievable for a so-called premium brand. DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID. This oven didn™€™t even work properly for six weeks, and the customer service has been the worst I™€™ve ever experienced. For the price and reputation, this is unacceptable. Read the reviews before buying™€"I wish I had. DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID.

Worst slide in I ever owned......

Izzy D 1/5/2026

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the KitchenAid slide™€‘in range I chose your brand because of its reputation for quality and reliability, but this product has fallen far below even the most basic expectations. From the start, the range has consistently underperformed and created ongoing issues cloudy glass top even cleaning after every use, the stove has been inpossabile to clean even after 5 times per your instuctions no appliance at this price point should have these issues. The design and functionality feel poorly executed, and the overall experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. At this stage, I can confidently say that this is the worst major appliance I have ever owned

Service tech said this happens all the time. Pretty sad if thats the case. No prime rib for Christmas dinner! Thanks kitchenaid.on a side note, I ordered a built-in microwave/airfryer 2.5 months ago. The delivery date keeps getting pushed out. I dont think ill ever see this but Lowes will appreciate my $1,100.

Not the greatest choice

Craftypooh 12/11/2025

Funny how this just came up as the Anniversary as we've just had to fix it! The week of Thanksgiving I noticed it taking longer for the oven to heat to temperature. On Thanksgiving Day it was warming but not past 260 - causing dinner to be delayed a couple of hours! Also the water self clean feature is terrible! I've used it several times and I might just as well skip using it as I have to spend time scrubbing and washing the sides over again anyway - the only part that gets clean is the base where the water is - useless. So my husband ordered another heating element to see if that is what the problem was and low and behold the heating element had popped/exploded in the bend section! Luckily it was an inexpensive part and my husband is very talented in repairing devices. I can't believe that this happened in such a short period of time

I previously had the Kitchenaid Double over I loved that one too. If you do purchase this oven and you do not have 3 Racks Call Kitchenaid and request the 3rd rack! Love the aesthetic of this oven. I put a stainless backsplash in behind it. Performance is similar to the double oven as far as cooking. Was able to slide all the way back to the wall. Cant wait to try the steam feature.

We bought this range in 2016 because it looks great. It's a terrible appliance. The self-cleaning function is a joke. The icons on the top indicating which knob controls which burner wore off long ago. We do not clean aggressively; it's just poorly conceived. The controls are not intuitive at all. Clearly it was designed by people who don't cook. Run away!!

New home, range was put in by Builder. Huge gap in the back where anything falls down behind stove. Valleys all around edge of range top which makes it impossible to clean . One must use a hand vac before wiping . All the controls are right in front and if you slightly touch one while stirring or cooking ,the oven or other controls immediately go on. It sticks out further than cabinets and has opening on sides up to counters

4 months and 4 service calls and it still no good.

Sami s 11/15/2025

In July of this year (2025) we purchased a complete set of Kitchen Aid appliance's for our new home. Upon moving into the home it was discovered that the stove did not work properly. Kitchen Aid was notified of the following problems. Both left and right front burners were getting too hot. Within seven minutes the right burner reached 596 degrees with a cast iron pan. This was set on ultra low and the temp was still rising. The left burner reached a temp of 283 degrees on low and still rising within seven minutes. We have had four services calls in the last four months. The first tech stated that there was nothing wrong with the stove. Kitchen Aid was recontacted and a second tech was dispatched. He stated that the temperature controls behind the knobs were faulty and placed new controls on order. Third service call, the tech came to install the new controls and discovered that they ordered the wrong parts. New parts placed on order again. The forth service call, the tech installed the new controls and this fixed the temperature problem on the right burner but the element is starting to fail. The left burner is still too hot. It will brown hamburger on the low setting. A new burner was ordered for the left side and will be installed on November 21. Kitchen Aid has been notified of the on going problems. I am feeling that it seems the customer service ended as soon as the product left the store. Photo 1 in review by arthur sommer

Disappointed

Josio 11/8/2025

I am so disappointed in this range. It works and bakes fine but the steam "self cleaning" is a joke. I'm working as hard as my mother in 1955 who had no self cleaning option. The steam does not clean. It leaves all the baked on pie drippings etc. I have to use oven cleaner and elbow grease to remove the baked on stuff. I should have been warned by KitchenAid and the dealer--both said nothing about the downside of this Green option.

I Hate This Range

Dougco7854 11/7/2025

I cannot convey how much I hate this oven™€™s AquaLift cleaning feature. Can you say worthless? To get the oven clean you™€™ll need a plastic scraper and a lot of elbow grease to scrub any stains in the interior before and after the cleaning cycle. Once you™€™ve already scrubbed everything off the oven™€™s interior before running the cycle, you™€™re ready to pour 2 cups of distilled water into a cavity in the oven™€™s floor. After the cleaning cycle is finished, get ready to mop out the oven™€™s floor because the water does not evaporate while the cleaning cycle is running. Whoever developed this functionality should be fired. The other issue I have with this range is the stainless steel finish. It™€™s poor quality stainless causing it to scratch and dent very easily. For the price I paid for this product, you™€™d expect a top-notch fit and finish. In my opinion it™€™s subpar for KitchenAid. I™€™ve owned KitchenAid appliances since the mid-to late 1990s and have always been very pleased until this range. In the two I™€™ve owned this product every day I wish I hadn™€™t bought it.

Did I Get a Lemon?

JayPeaches 10/29/2025

I bought this when we built our house two years ago. We were busy, so I didn't cook much the first year and assumed the issues I was having (food burning on lower settings than I was used to) were due to me getting used to a new, better cooktop. Now that i'm cooking again several times a week, I can confidently say that nothing on this model seems to work properly. The front two burners have basically two settings: off or scorching heat. There is no simmer; setting either burner to a low temp will burn the food in less than 15 minutes, including a sauce I've been making for years that requires two hours of simmering. The oven is an issue as well, which I suspected but finally confirmed when I realized that pretzels I baked at home for 25 minutes at 400F convection were fully baked in 12 minutes at 375F convection in two other ovens at friend's homes. I'm at my whit's end with this thing and can't believe I paid so much for a range that does not work properly.

At the same time I bought a dish washer so everything would match and guess what ?? Yeap it™€™s JUNK , if had to be replaced after the first time trying to use it .

Very Disappointed in My KitchenAid Range

Cookdelish 9/27/2025

I have owned KitchenAid appliances in every home we have had in the last 40 years. This range has been such a disappointment. You can't count on the oven temperature when baking because the temperature fluctuates per design. I have to plan ahead to get a turkey for example as it always takes longer to cook. The range top is also hard to regulate as all burners tend to run hot and it is difficult to get the lower temperatures. I love my refrigerator and dishwasher, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this range.

Professional look and feel

Fossilnerd 8/5/2025

Sleek professional look. Very large feeling oven with 3 racks. I like the low temperature self cleaning mode. The Even Heat Ultra burner is incredibly fast with boiling water. Love having the knobs to the front.

Consistent quality and reliability

Brian2 8/3/2025

I like the style controls are easy to use, both oven and cooktop heat up quickly. Over the years Kitchenaid has always been my preferred brand and was a decision factor in buying my new house.

Great design.

TWT 01 8/1/2025

Had our other range for 40 years. We will have to get use to the glass top. The new stove has a good many nice features. Sleek design. I™€™m sure we™€™ll grow to like it as we did our old range.

Oven is fine, cook top leaves a lot to be desired

dmfc 7/30/2025

I am so disappointed with the glass on the cook top. It is almost impossible to clean. I have to resort to the razor blade almost daily which of course will eventually lead to scratches. I am hoping this will be something that is covered under warranty. I have had the stove for only 3 months.

Terrible Range!

SCSW 7/27/2025

Do not buy this range! The front exterior surface sides of the oven become extremely hot when the oven is operating. The exterior surface temperature rise is this oven is not compliant the UL 858 safety standard for acceptable temperature rise on bare or painted metal. " UL 858 standards June 4, 2025 page 67 table 39 a .1 . Condition during 475degrees Fahrenheit oven operation, surfaces less than 31 inches above the floor level, if accessible as installed list the maximum acceptable temperature rise for bare or painted metal to be 59 degrees Fahrenheit. " Kitchen Aid arranged for a technician to check the oven, and even though surface temperatures reached 159 degrees, when the oven was at 400 degrees, they claimed that it was within their standards. This oven poses a safety hazard for any family that has young children that may touch it. I filed a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has posted your Report No. 20250613-7F77A-2147330500 on SaferProducts.gov. As for operation, the oven temperature is very slow to preheat. When set to bake at 400 degrees, two thermometers placed inside the oven register 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The top burners are difficult to control the heat. Of note, I had the opportunity to use a Samsung slide in range at a rental property, and there was no external heat when baking at 450 degrees.
