We purchased this a month ago and are quite happy with it; except we wish that the "meat drawer" was two drawers (one on each side) so we didn't have to open both doors to get the lunch meat and cheese.

Only three years old and it broke down once and I had to replace the ice maker. Ice comes out in pieces, even when set on cubed. Very noisy. Expected more from whirlpool.

I am a long time Whirlpool appliance purchaser. 20 years ago when I was raising 5 small children I had trouble with my refrigerator, washer and dryer. Seemed like I had to have a repair man at my home too often. Finally a repair man said to me, buy Whirlpool, that brands holds up to a large family. So I did. My Whirlpool refrigerator is still working. Although I had to retire it to the garage as an extra frig because it was just outdated. So of course I have another Whirlpool frig now and its great. One year ago I decided to go cheaper on my washer and dryer and purchased another brand that was on sale. I sold them on craigslist when I realized I made a mistake, went back to store and purchased whirlpool brand once again. Whirlpool washers are tough and never go off balance when you're washing one item like a throw rug. The dryer is great also. I have directed many friends and family to checkout Whirlpool before they replace their appliances. My entire kitchen and laundry room is Whirlpool. I wouldn't waste my money on any other brand.

I bought this refrigerator in July. It has proved to be everything I wanted and hoped for. The ice and water on the door is very convenient. I love the drawer space in the refrigerator and the four bins in the freezer, two of which slide easily to give access to the larger bins.
