This is great dishwasher for my small kitchen. It offers great features including a pot scrubber and heated drying. The only thing I can say is the detergent holder door didn't open on a couple of starts and I had to start the cycle over, but otherwise it is totally work the price.

Shortly after the one year "limited warranty" expired, the piece of junk broke. buttons stopped working and nothing would work when pressed. thanks whirlpool for living up to the expectations of over priced and cheaply made. Horrible customer service as well. Would recommend another brand and will certainly do the same when updating my other appliances soon.

I love the appliance. Have some concern about the issue of water in the drain pipe when I remove it from the shipping box.Had to have it installed quickly. Wondered if it had been used. I paid for a new dishwasher. Hope I was not tricked into buying a used dishwasher. Seems to work ok so far.

Just bought and installed. Looks great, easy to install but I just found that the soap dispenser isn't popping open during operating. Seems the lid is obstructed by top rack so unable to open. Does anyone else have this problem?

I love the push button controls and the word whirlpool on the out side seems to work great these small appliances are expensive but I did not have room for a full size one(I had a sears dishwasher before this one never again will I buy sears everything was wrong with it) so glad to get rid of it this one looks nice and works good

I Live in a 1940s home where it was impossible to fit a standard size washer in the kitchen. I came across these compact dishwashers doing research online and purchased the whirlpool dishwasher due to my previous positive experience with Whirlpool appliances. A Sunday afternoon to install the unit- and now I have a dishwasher finally after all of these years of hand washing my dishes.

This dishwasher performs so well. The dry cycle is hot leaving my dishes very dry. I always wash my dishes on the "quick cycle" to utilize more water to ensure my dishes are clean. Overall this is the best energy efficient dishwasher I've ever used. Definitely recommend hands down. I use regular dishwasher tabs by Cascade with no difficulties.

Poor design and they are about 25% smaller than my previous 18" dishwasher. Whirlpool you can do better!! Overpriced for a small dishwasher.

I live in a small apartment with limited space. In 2007 I had an apartment sized dishwasher. I used daily till April of 2017. It was failing and I called for service and was advised to replace it. I selected the Whirlpool over the old brand, ordered it and got it within five days, and had it installed. I was pleasantly surprised that the filter had been changed. The old one had been very difficult to clean. The dishwasher has been wonderful - my dishes are cleaner than they had been before. It really gets the dishes clean.

Does not wash dishes. Instead it makes a loud racket for hours and hours seemingly splashing more dirty water around. This is not a filter problem. This unit is complete garbage. After one year of use it needs to be replaced. Terribly noisy, terribly slow and worst of all it doesn't do what it's supposed to do.

This small dishwasher fits my needs to have fewer dishes/utensils and running the dishwasher maybe twice a week. If you are a small family this will meet your needs. Good option settings and space inside is perfect. Does even the large pots! Check this out before getting the larger one. Also I have an additional cabinet space in my kitchen!

I just recently replaced my irreparable dishwasher with this one and after using for the first time was blown away by the overall appearance (stainless steel) out/'inside. very handsome indeed. I own another whirlpool appliance (fridge) which works great and had a lot to do with my staying with whirlpool.

It's not bad but could be better. I bought this in March of 2015. It fits a small space perfectly but I wouldn't say it's quiet compared to some other dishwashers my friends have. I can't find a detergent that seems to work well. Every brand I've tried leaves deposits on the inside. I kind of wish I would've looked around before I chose this particular one.

After only one month of use - and running it every other day - the pump seal went bad on it. It cleaned the dishes great and is quiet, but if this is any indication of problems arising in the future, I'll be looking for another brand. Hopefully when it is repaired, I will not have anymore problems. Will probably take out the extended warranty...just in case!
