Works like a stove should work. I never had a stove with dual burners or no preheat feature before, would have been nice to have a basic guide on these features instead of having to spend 30 minutes trying to figure out how to find out about these on your website. I had a hard time finding it on your website. I know no one furnishes owner manuals anymore but a basic guide on features would be helpful.

Hard to hear beep when heating up

When the oven is reaching the set temperature the beep is so low if you aren't standing in front of the oven you won't hear it. There doesn't appear to be a way to adjust the volume since there is no settings button. Very inconvenient. If I knew that was the case, I would have passed on the model.

Was not sure about purchasing a Whirlpool stove but have never been happier with the choice. I was using another brand that is known for its ranges that after three different stoves over the past 15 years, was never completely happy with any of them. The oven heat was not constant during cooking that the back of the stove was hotter than the front causing uneven cooking. Not with the Whirlpool - the oven cooks evenly and the stove top burners are easy to clean. And best of all - the wife loves it!

Fussy top, great range otherwise

This came with my KITWEST custom home. This little range is perfect size, it quickly heats up, gets the job done well. Loses a star because the cook top is very very sensitive, the sealer has already bubbled and chipped off in a few places and I've had it about a month. I am not sure why it is so fussy but it loses only 1 star because it still does the job perfectly.

The glass top is way easier to scratch than my previous. The knobs seem wanky. Wish it had a convection oven, but that is probably on me for not asking & upgrading. I do like the seal that keeps food & spices from falling down into the components.

I like my new range with the exception of the one oven rack not sliding properly. I tried oiling both the rack and oven groove to no avail. I tried switching oven racks and that did not work either. The rack does not pull out easily, is very rough and I'm afraid I may get burned. The other critique I have is that the little mark on the stove burner buttons are not a different color so you really have to look or feel that the stove unit(s) are in the 'off' position or at the heat position you require.
