I love the fridge however did not like that fact that it took me forever to get the residue/glue from the film protection off, and it took almost 2 months to receive my fridge that was a little bit much. Other then that so far the fridge is great would recommend but it is only a month old so may change my opinion at a later date

I'm glad I bought thieving in an apt, I hate those small apt fridges food never keeps I was always bending over. This ridge has lots of room easy to keep clean. I can see everything plus the added bounus of extra room with the bottom pull out freezer. The outside doors are so easy to keep clean. Fyi just watch if you wear rings, when reaching for the handles the rings will leave small scratches.

storage drawers keep falling off of track

I like the freezer drawer and the 2 door opening. I do not like the interior of this model. Crisper drawers and storage drawers keep falling off of the track. We had service man out and he glued the middle track as it kept moving allowing the drawers to fall out. Seems to be working now but not sure how long glue will last. Looks like an issue with design or engineering. Tracks too small or lips of drawers not wide enough.

I am very happy we bought this fridge. It looks so nice and sleek in my small kitchen. Our old fridge was also a Whirlpool and was 22 yrs old and still running but it was abit baffed with raising 4 kids. We are pleased with this fridge and would definitely buy a Whirlpool appliance again.

Bought this fridge in "Whit Ice" in August. I am very unhappy with the centre crispers. They often get stuck and I always have to tug to get the left one open. I am constantly worried it will break. Doors are awkward as is the inside layout. There is a vertical line/crease all along the left handle. Not sure if this is a design flaw or it was damaged. The deli drawer and freezer are nice, and the mechanical components work well.

I bought it three weeks ago and love it. I especially love the freezer on the bottom, it's so much easier to get the regular stuff without having to bend. I also love the shelf that can be pushed in so that large containers, like pop bottles, cans fit.So far, I would recommend this refrigerator.

I bought my refrigerator 3 months ago and I love it! Everytime someone new visits they comment on it. I also have a whirlpool dishwasher and built in microwave. Both products are much older and still work wonderfully. When I have to replace them it will be a Whirlpool again.

Shelves and Drawers do no fit well.

I have had this unit for two months and have had issues with the drawers coming off the runners and the shelves moving off their brackets. This can be quite frustrating when your hands are full and I can move the drawer or I have to fix the shelf. I do like the double doors in my narrow galley kitchen. The shelves in the doors are convenient and fit most everything. The freezer frosts up often and crystals form on everything. I haven't figure out why this happens yet.

Very disappointed in product for the reason that it needs to be reset after a power outage. Was on holidays for 9 days and came back to a non-working fridge and lost over $200 in frozen goods. The fridge was a month old at this time. Had this been covered in manual would have person that watches my house check on that. Also surprised at how small the inside is.

A little noisy at times and I feel the drawers could of have been of better quality. But overall I am happy with it. Love the sliding split shelf feature. When I first saw the White Ice collection last year I was disappointed that the fridge did not come in the smaller size. So I waited and watched for it.

The only matter of concerne was to get used to the various drawers which took me agood 2 weeks i.e. what to place or where to place vegetables, bread etc. I suggestan identification of each drawer....

I was not looking forward to the "small" freezer on the bottom. BUT, the freezer is huge, easy to access and I love having the fridge on top.I did have to adjust my thinking with the French doors, but am getting better at organizing - my milk is on the left side now so that I can grab it quickly for all the cups of tea I drink through the day.
