I've owned the fridge for 45 days and water is dispensing from the ice. The whole ice holder inside was frozen with a half inch of ice. Been on hold with Whirlpool waiting for customer service for 45 minutes!

Agreeing with a few other reviewers, love my fridge BUT the motor in the ice maker is noisily ongoing whenever doors are shut. Other than that I am liking it, bought it 5 momths ago and buzzing started same day, thought it would go away but remains constant and loud enough for me to hear from my bedroom . I'm on hold with Whirlpool now to see if I can get them to look at the motor as it seems to be coming from the ice maker.

bought this a month ago and I do not like it. I wish I would not have bought it. The ice maker takes up way too much shelf space in the refrigerator and ice door is hard to open. There are no breakaway shelves so no room for tall things. Only 1 light in the top and of the refrigerator and it runs from the front to the back. If I put a carton on eggs on the top shelf under the light, it blocks the light for the rest of the refrigerator. I just want my old refrigerator back. I do like the water dispenser. The ice is half moon shaped ice and not very big so it melts really quick.

My refrigerator functions very well for the most part. My only problem with it so far is the placement of the controls. The controls should be placed inside of the refrigerator out of sight so guests don™€™t mistake them for something else. I have only had my refrigerator for a couple of months and already I have had my ice maker turned off twice and also have had the entire system shut down. Everyone thinks they have something to do with dispensing ice or water. My only complaint is poor placement of controls. SMH!!

I looked at a lot of refrigerators prior to purchasing this. I love the design the amount of storage space is wonderful. Shelves are easy to move for taller items as needed. My only con is that the front shows finger prints. It™€™s not hard to wipe down so it wasn™€™t an issue for me to not purchase it.

I am very disappointed in this refrigerator It is very loud. The refrigerator space inside is very poorly designed, as the ice maker takes up alot of space that should be useable. My old Whirlpool had the ice maker on the inside of the door giving me alot more inside space, needless to say I'm very disappointed in Whirlpool... and I'm stuck with it for many years to come, provided it lasts at least 11 years as my previous one!!

I am disappointed that there is no alarm when the door is left open, as it is quite hard to push closed. I am also disappointed there is very little room for tall jugs or bottles. And the ice maker is very noisy and almost impossible to get less than 10+ ice cubes at one time.

We love our new refrigerator! Sleek design, spacious freezer and love the gallon size shelving on the door. Easy to keep clean inside with little effort with no nooks and crannies for dirt to get into. I only have one complaint - the ice maker is huge and takes up a lot of space in the refrigerator space. We don™€™t use the ice maker/water dispenser on the fridge - our water tastes horrible here and we prefer to buy bottled spring water.

The bottom freezer drawer doesn't completely close tight, air gets in and causes it to freeze over. Lights inside the freezer stop working. When talking to whirlpool reps about the problem, they made it more difficult. I am very disappointed more in the reps than the appliance itself. I am now working on getting a replacement.

After I got the waterline hooked up, the icemaker has done nothing but leak ice is jammed up in it and is not coming out. I had an appliance man come and replaced a valve and I still have water that™€™s leaking and it™€™s not sending ice out and I™€™ve had a water mess on my kitchen floor and I definitely have some water damage so no, I am not pleased with this aspect of it and I think it would be appropriate to have some sort of compensation either from Home Depot where I purchased it or from whirlpool. I really had nothing but problems with this water issue and it™€™s unacceptable.

I received my refrigerator a few days ago. It looks absolutely beautiful! It is running well, and it has loads of space for my food. I am so happy not to have to reach down to get stuff out of the refrigerator anymore because of the freezer being at the bottom of the unit. And it is easy to get things out of the freezer, too. It has separate bins to keep the frozen stuff organized. Getting ice and water out of the door is a breeze.

Both of the french doors have to be open to get to either of the fruit/vegetable drawers. The deli drawer is one drawer so you have to open both french doors. In the freezer, the sliding drawer is not solid it's wire and doesn't slide very well. It also has a divider in the middle which limits space. You have to close the left french door first otherwise it doesn't close properly. Bought this Whirlpool cause it was made in America and I thought it was close to the same design as my french door Samsung that lasted 16 years. We'll see how long this one lasts and I just have to get used to how it operates.
